The nose will inform us about the aromatic character of the wine. In this way we will distinguish the intensity of the aroma, its quality and character.
Vision informs about colour, clarity, fluidity, carbon dioxide release. Colour informs us about intensity and shade. The intensity of the colour of a red wine allows us to define its body and volume, while the shade its age.
With the mouth we perceive the four basic flavours: sweet, sour, bitter and salty.
